Creating your own functional hybrid resume

Never underestimate the importance of graphic appeal. A resume that look s time-consuming to read is an ineffective marketing piece and probably won't be read. Use headings and subheadings to break up the text of your hybrid so that it will be a winner!

By using the functional hybrid format, you can de-emphasize your work history and spotlight your transferable skills in a structure that resembles a chronological resume.
Create subheadings in the Relevant Experience section to indicate where groups of achievements took place.
You can use organization names or job titles as subheadings in your functional hybrid resume.
Within a skill heading , prioritize the subheadings so the most relevant one comes first.
