Most people believe that physics is one of the toughest subject to learn and moreover, to teach. This very impression of physics is mostly due to the ample amount of mathematics involved in physical theories. Even with this scenario, school level physics is not that complex, thanks to the syllabus designers, who have excluded the advanced mathematical formulation from the text.
However, it does not mean that a school level physics teacher is exempted of the mathematical part. In fact, it is one of the prerequisites for a “good” physics teacher. Also, the physics teacher should have enough command over the subject so that he/she could explain any physical phenomenon in the simplest form.
