A kindergarten teacher plays important role in a student’s life. A kindergarten teacher should be good at communication and teaching as he/she is greatly responsible for developing a child’s skills in studies and other activities. He/she should have a desire and must be passionate about teaching for developing student’s interest in studies. The teacher’s keenness will decide the student future professionally and socially. I am working as a kindergarten in-charge. My current responsibilities include preparing weekly lesson plans, preparing tentative schedule for a month, organizing activities for every month. I also deal and access the growth of a child in studies and activities. Also, conduct trainings to deal with special or problematic children.

As pre school teacher, I have always initialized and volunteered in handling responsibility. I have organized many co-curricular activities to bring out talents of kids. I took classes for building a child’s reading and vocabulary in the age of 4-7 years. I also took audio/visual classes for children to develop their interest in mathematical calculations, especially tables.
